Our guest today is the incredible Jo Horgan, founder of MECCA. MECCA is an Australian beauty retailer, founded by Jo in 1997 in Melbourne, Victoria, and employing over 7400 staff. Jo is currently the Co-CEO with her husband Peter, and her passion and journey are awe inspiring.
